This is a hand made fiberglass body replica of a Vietnam era Bell UH-1 Huey. Probably the most famous helicopter in the world, the Bell UH-1 Iroquois, most commonly referred to as the "Huey" is still a favorite of most helicopter fans and aficionados.

This replica version is about 40" long from nose to tail. It comes with the fan motor and blades. The fan blades are 42" in diameter. It's complete with all the hardware and ready to install. This copter currently hangs in my home office and gets tons of compliments. (Yes the sky was "Photoshopped in.) This Helicopter Ceiling Fan Can Be YoursDETAILS
:: Bell (model 209) AH-1G Cobra Attack Helicopter
Cobra Ceiling Fan If your are a fan of this Helicopter Gun Ship, pilot, air or ground crew member, this Cobra Helicopter Ceiling fan will make you the envy of your friends and be the center of attention as a conversation piece for years to come.

This is a hand made fiberglass body replica. Bell Helicopter won the competition for an interim fast armed escort helicopter in March 1966, against the Sikorsky S-61 and the Kaman HH-2C Tomahawk. DOD contracted with Bell Helicopter, Inc. (BHI) for 1,100 AH-1G aircraft, which logged more than 1 million flight hours in Vietnam. The AH-1G Cobra [or Snake] was first deployed to Vietnam in September 1967. The Cobra's primary mission was to give fire support to troop carrying Hueys. Its trial-by-fire introduction to service as the AH-1G in Vietnam immediately provided ground commanders with air superiority without the wait of calling in the Air Force. :: Bell 206 JetRanger - Civilian Version
Bell 206-B JetRanger NOTE: The Ceiling Fan Photos were not taken of the JetRanger as they were sold straight out of the Production Hanger. Actual photo's will be on site in a few weeks.

The Bell 206 JetRanger is undoubtedly the most well-known of all rotorcraft. This light utility turbine powered aircraft has proven itself repeatedly in aerial cinematography.

It's extremely versatile, relatively inexpensive to rent, practically all commercial camera mounts have been designed for it and, in one version or another, is probably the most readily obtainable helicopter worldwide. The safety and reliability record of the JetRanger is considered to be the standard of the industry.

The Bell Model 206 was originally designed to meet the needs of the US Army LOH (Light Observation Helicopter) 1962 competition as the YOH-4 . The 206 was defeated by the Hughes OH-6 but a much- modified derivative, the Bell 206A was commercially successful and later adopted by the US Navy as the TH-57 Sea Ranger for training purposes. In 1968, the 206A was selected as the "LOH 2nd Edition" winner and entered the US Army inventory as the OH-58A Kiowa. This JetRanger Helicopter Ceiling Fan Can Be YoursMORE DETAILS
