1. Will you ever offer ceiling fan blades that are the same shape as the actual helicopter blades?
   Probably not. Here's why - The design of the rotor blades on any helicopter are designed to "Push Air" running at several thousand RPM (Revolutions Per Minute), where ceiling fans run at only a few hundred RPM at best. Cut to scale, helicopter shaped ceiling fan blades would not move enough air to be practicle. No one makes such blades and if we make them, it means a big price increase.


2. The chopper sound on your home page sounds like a Huey. Do your Helicopter Ceiling Fans make that noise?
   Sounds like a great idea, and yes we have thought of doing that and what it would take. We may be doing that some time in the future but currently there are no plans to add such a feature considering the price increase it would require.


3. What kind of WARRANTY comes with your helicopter ceiling fans?
   The ceiling fan portion of this "Decor Accessory" is covered by "Hamilton Beach", the makers of the ceiling fans we use with our products. The helicopter bodies are warrenteed against defects in workmanship and materials for as long as you own them. See the warranty details HERE.


4. Will my Helicopter Ceiling Fan arrive assembled and ready to install?
   NO - Your Helicopter Ceiling Fan will arrive un-assembled with easy to understand installation and assembly instructions. The helicopter body and the box containing the ceiling fan blades will be in the same box. If you have never installed a ceiling fan before, we recommend you call an electrician.


5. Do you accept custom orders for color, squadron insignias or special markings?
   It really depends on the request. If you have a special/custom order request, just go to our "Contact Tower" question and feed back form, give us a gerneral idea of your requirments, and include your phone number and the best time to call. We will get back to you in a timely manner to discuss what may be possible.
